WARRANTY

1. Warranty period: 

- An Loc Chau guarantees interior works for 12 months from the date of handover of the work into use or signing of acceptance and warranty minutes.

During the warranty period, An Loc Chau will be responsible for free repair of damages caused by An Loc Chau technical errors.

An Loc Chau commits to inspect the current status, propose a solution and carry out repairs within 7 days (excluding holidays, New Year's Day, Saturdays and Sundays).

2. Warranty content: 

Warranty terms and conditions:

- Warranty applies to errors caused by An Loc Chau's construction and handover.

- The product is under warranty and is not covered by warranty.

Cases not covered by warranty:

An Loc Chau is not responsible for warranty in the following cases:

- Damages and losses caused by customers using the product incorrectly during use or moving.

- Scratches, breakage caused by customers or signs of vandalism.

- The product has expired and is not covered by warranty.

3. Warranty costs.

- Free warranty for products under warranty due to An Loc Chau's fault.

- For damaged products not due to An Loc Chau's fault, the fee will be calculated based on the agreement between the two parties before proceeding with the repair.

4. Maintenance policy.

We encourage customers to maintain their products regularly to keep their furniture working at its best. 

After the warranty period, An Loc Chau commits to perform maintenance at the best cost to repair damaged products during the product's use.

An Loc Chau conducts maintenance for customers from 5-10 years based on the support and agreement of both parties.
